BCBE WELCOMES SIX NEW ASSOCIATES

Image

Bo Wells - Originally from Sarasota, Wells graduated from the University of Florida in building construction and a minor in business administration. His education and prior work experience as a project engineer made him a perfect fit for Boran Craig Barber Engel Construction Co., Inc. (BCBE). The position incorporates both estimating and project management with exposure to many aspects of the construction industry. Wells hopes to bring a strong work ethic, reliability and a positive attitude to BCBE as well as contribute to the company's growth, reputation and general presence.

Zach Hendricks - This St. Petersburg native's early involvement in residential remodeling and his father's real estate career helped shape his ambition. Zach honed his industry knowledge at the University of Florida where he earned a bachelor of science in building construction and interned for Tampa-based residential and commercial real estate development firm. He also filled a field manager role for a St. Petersburg builder. At BCBE, Zach says he will have a great opportunity to learn and sees the job as a stepping stone to reach his goals in construction management.

Jason Skalko - A native of Fort Myers who, after completing his bachelor of science in building construction and his master in business management from the University of Florida, searched nationwide before being referred to BCBE by two unrelated sources. Skalko had held previous positions interning for various builders and general contractors and was eager to work for a firm that had a solid future, was aggressive, and recruited top talent. BCBE fit all of those criteria. Skalko hopes to continue BCBE's success and obtain a leadership position that will allow him to train new recruits.

Sean Seifried - Originally from St. Petersburg, Seifried earned a bachelor of science degree in marketing from Florida State University and a master's in building construction from University of Florida. While his education is key, his life experience gained from generations of his family working in the industry also was instrumental in his career. Seifried worked as a laborer/superintendent for his father's construction company for several years before accepting an internship with a Tampa firm. His goal is to bring all he can to the BCBE team and to provide support to its co-workers.

Eric Holmberg - Considering that his father and grandfather were general contractors in Jacksonville, building homes, shopping centers and subdivisions before specializing in the construction of television studios, it is no surprise that the field interested Holmberg. This University of Florida graduate, who earned his bachelor of science in building construction, says relocating to Naples was the right move for him. He enjoys being a part of a company that remains aggressive even in the midst of an economic downturn.

John Wollard - Wollard's education at the University of North Florida where he earned a bachelor of science in construction management, plus his experience in residential framing trade work and in construction management with a commercial general contractor prepared him for this role with BCBE. This Melbourne, FL native was attracted to BCBE's success in the regional construction industry. He feels his position with the company will allow him to contribute to that success and develop into a future leader with the firm.
