BCBE HAS SIX PROJECTS UNDERWAY
NAPLES, FL (June 12, 2008) --Continuing to add to Florida’s amazingly beautiful setting, Boran Craig Barber Engel Construction Co., Inc. is currently constructing seven new projects that are sure to please year-round residents as well as seasonal visitors.
Aqua
A showcase of grand architecture and transitional design to be completed this summer, Aqua, located in Naples on Vanderbilt Drive, encompasses 48 decorator-ready residential units, including six penthouses. Its 11 stories of luxury overlook the calm waters of Wiggins Pass as well as its own man-made marina offering 31 boat slips. Each of the four units per floor offer approximately 4,000 square feet of living and all share views of the water. The kitchen of each residence is a chef’s delight, outfitted with Wolf appliances and Snaidero cabinetry.
With curving walls, stone fireplaces, and detailed ceilings, the building itself boasts a transitional feel with a contemporary edge. Residents will certainly enjoy all of Aqua’s lobby-level amenities as well as the rooftop garden, with a living room, and kitchen, that offers a place to savor the surrounding panorama. Guests of residents will adore the comforts of the Quest Cottages located on the amenity level, which provide all the comforts of home, including a kitchenette, a bedroom, and a living room.
Tavira
Towering over its beautiful waterfront locale in the community of Bonita Bay, Tavira, offers its residents unparalleled water views. Due to be completed in the Fall of 2009, its 26 stories encompass 90 decorator-ready residential units, including two penthouses. Each unit shares a glorious view of Estero Bay as well as the golf course.
On the lobby level, residents will delight in the social and club rooms, the billiards room, the spa and fitness center, and the various themed rooms that provide entertainment and relaxation. Its transitional design blends contemporary styling with traditional flair. Guests will fall in love with the quest suites that encourage a restful visit.
Longboat Key Marina Restaurant
Boaters from across the globe have fallen in love with Longboat Key Marina. And what’s not to love with its impeccable facilities, accommodating staff, ideal location, and resort community. A fantastic complement to the marina is its restaurant, which is currently undergoing a complete remodel and renovation.
Scheduled for completion in summer 2008, the restaurant’s Old World ambience will be enhanced with a new kitchen and a new rustic Italian bar. Visitors and nearby residents will adore the indoor and outdoor dining which overlook the marina, as well as the signature cocktail list and wine selection offered within its luxurious 3,500-square-foot interior.
Mediterra Fitness Center
Within the gated community of Mediterra, tucked away off Livingston Road in Naples, residents and guests rest and play amidst the intimacy and charm of its classical style. An array of amenities is found here, including a 36-hole golf course, a private beach club, and a 25,000-square-foot clubhouse. Activity-minded individuals enjoy the fitness center, which they will adore even more come fall 2008 when BCBE completes an addition and remodel of the existing facility.
The 6,000-square-foot center will double in size, ultimately offering residents 12,000 square feet of fitness luxuries. Included in the addition will be new specialty massage rooms where residents can indulge in a relaxing or invigorating therapy session. A meeting room will also be added offering a private space for those all-important discussions.
Riviera Liner Buildings
Downtown Fort Myers’ luxury living offerings are continually growing. High-rise condos are going up quickly, taking advantage of the area’s Caloosahatchee River views and waterfront location. BCBE will be adding to the living options with the construction of two, three-story buildings, expected to be completed in summer 2008.
The first floor of each building will feature 6,500-square-feet of commercial space for upscale retail shops and restaurants, while the remaining levels will offer two-story town home lofts each providing approximately 1,500 square feet of living space.
In all, the 2745 First Street project, which will start build outs for tenants in fall of 2008, will encompass 50,000 square feet along Fort Myers’ waterfront. Residents will have an exercise room on property and will have use of the amenities at St. Tropez and Riviera which are located on the same grounds.
625 Bank Building
The landscape of downtown Naples is continually changing with the addition of new retail and office space, each exuding a unique look and feel. The 625 Bank Building will be the newest addition to the downtown area, located just off U.S. 41. With a projected completion date of December 2008, the building will boast a clean Italian feel that will complement the area’s architecture and design, yet stand out as unique.
When finished, the building will be a three-story, Class A office space encompassing a total of 23,000 square feet. Each available interior office will offer anywhere from 1,000 to 3,500 square feet, or its occupants may choose to occupy multiple floors for even more space.
