BCBE Completes One Bal Harbour

NAPLES, FL (March 5, 2008) Boran Craig Barber Engel Construction Co., Inc. has completed construction on One Bal Harbour, a 27-story, ultra-luxury oceanfront hotel resort and Guerlain Spa operated by Regent Hotels, one of only eight Regent Hotels in the world. 

The uniquely curved building totals more than a million gross square feet encompassing 124 hotel suites and 185 condominium homes. Expansive glass walls and spacious terraces offer panoramic views of the shoreline and Atlantic Ocean. Common recreation areas include serpentine swimming pools, a restaurant, lobbies and elevators with private entry foyers. Interiors are resplendent with such details as hand-painted, textured, and leather-tiled walls; water fountains, petrified wood granite stone accents and unique hidden doors. The magnificent Regent Bal Harbour opened for guests last week.
