Aria - Naples, Florida
Aria is located on Park Shore Beach in North Naples, one of the most prestigious addresses in the world. The 29 land parcels at Park Shore Beach are artfully arranged amidst five beachside parks, four open space commons, and a meandering beach promenade. The majority of the properties are protected by a Lutgert designed natural dune system that has been honored as a significant accomplishment in beachfront preservation. The eastern side of these parcels is separated from the mainland by Venetian Bay, a navigable body of water that allows Gulf access via Doctor’s Pass.
