BCBE offers a wide variety of services and direct cooperative involvement with homeowners, building management, associations, and developers that is truly one of a kind.

Service technicians are on-call and available to handle emergencies 24 hours a day/ 7 days a week, including weekends and holidays. In addition to performing service and warranty requests, BCBE's customer service department reviews and issues a detailed maintenance inspection report after 12 months of completion, and every six months thereafter up to three years. These reports are compiled and put together in a book form which includes digital photos, forensic reports, and a complete review of the building's components with maintenance recommendations. This commitment to teamwork with the developer helps avoid problems with the statutory warranty on condominiums.

Our customer service department is also involved during the construction period providing all drop and site inspections, ensuring that we are turning over the very best product possible. In addition, we provide Red Alerts to keep our clients informed with the latest regarding anything from environmental issues to life safety, to critical maintenance items.

Following the completion of construction, a customer service representative is assigned to the project as an on-site contact. For a period of one-year, this customer service representative will assist with any questions, warranty requests or individual needs.
