BCBE's Customer Service and Warranty Department is truly one of a kind. We offer a wide variety of services and direct cooperative involvement with the homeowners,building management, associations, and our developers.
BCBE offers a 24-hour hot line for unit owners. Our service technicians are on-call available to handle emergencies 24 hours a day 7 days a week, including weekends and holidays from Naples to Tampa. All service requests have a 3 day response period.
In addition to performing service and warranty requests, BCBE's customer service department performs a wide variety of services. BCBE reviews and issues a detailed maintenance inspection report for condominiums after 12 months of completion, and every 6 months thereafter up to 3 years. These reports are compiled and put together if a book form which include digital photos, forensic reports, and a complete review of the buildings components with maintenance recommendations. This commitment to teamwork with the developer helps avoid problems with the statutory warranty on condominiums.
Our customer service department is also involved during the construction period providing all drop and site inspections, ensuring that we are turning over the very best product possible. In addition to that, we provide Red Alerts to keep our clients informed with the latest regarding anything from environmental issues, to life safety, to critical maintenance items.
Our department staff consists of 1 Department Director, a Warranty Administrator, 2 Customer Service Technicians, 4 Customer Service Representatives, 7, 24 hour Service Technicians, 3 Customer Service Vans, and 2 Administrative Staff Personnel.
